It is not only the gold garnishing that makes it the most expensive biryani in the world, but it is also served on a large gold plate.
It is made from three different types of rice, consisting of Biryani Rice, Qima Rice, and White and Saffron Rice, and weighs about 3 kg. Rice is garnished with small potatoes, boiled eggs, mints, roasted cashews, pomegranate seeds, and fried onions.
This is followed by a variety of grilled meats such as Kashmiri Dunbe Sekh Kebab, Old Delhi Dhanbe Champ, Rajput Chicken Kebab, Mughlai Kofta, and Malai Chicken Roast.
