Legendary Sri Lankan cricketer Mathiya Murali Dharan has undergone a successful angioplasty of his heart, after which he recovered.
According to Indian media reports, Sun Riser Hyderabad coaching staff member Murli Dharan underwent angioplasty in the Indian city of Hyderabad.
The report said that Murali Dharan was diagnosed with some obstruction in the coronary arteries, for which doctors had recommended angioplasty.
It also said that the operation of the legendary Murali Dharan has been successful, and he is feeling healthy at the moment.
