A fire at Czech Lap Kok Hong Kong International Airport severely damaged a consignment of containers and a mobile phone.
A fire broke out in a small container near Stand 452 in the parking lot at 5am last morning, which was extinguished by airport firefighters after a 40-minute struggle.
No casualties were reported, but consignments of containers and mobile phones were severely damaged.

According to airport officials, the luggage was booked by Hong Kong Cargo Airlines for Bangkok, Thailand.
