Former US Vice President Walter Mondale Has Died At The Age of 93

Former United States Vice President Walter Mondell has died in the state of Minneapolis.

Walter Mondale was his vice president under President Jimmy Carter from 1976 to 1980. In the 1984 presidential election, Mondale was a candidate for the Democratic Party against President Ronald Reagan.

However, he lost the election badly, winning only his home states of Minnesota and Washington, D.C., and received only 13 votes out of Ronald Reagan’s 525 electoral votes.

Former President Jimmy Carter, meanwhile, has said he believes Walter Mondale was the best vice president in American history.
