Saudi Arabia: The Moon of Ramadan Has Not Been Seen, First Fast (Ramzan) Will Be on Tuesday

The moon of Ramadan did not appear anywhere in the kingdom on Sunday, April 11 in Saudi Arabia. Therefore, Monday, April 12 will be the 30th of Sha’ban and the first Ramadan will be on Tuesday, April 13.



According to media reports, the committees of Ruwit Hilal in Saudi Arabia have confirmed that the moon of Ramadan has not been seen.

It may be recalled that the Saudi High Judicial Council had appealed to locals and foreigners to try to observe the month of Ramadan on Sunday, April 11.

He said that when the moon appears, the evidence should be recorded in the nearest court or government institution.

Earlier, astronomers had expressed the belief that the moon would not be visible in any country of the world, including Saudi Arabia, on Sunday, April 11.
