Waqar Younis Also Questioned the Run Out of Fakhr Zaman

National cricket team bowling coach Waqar Younis has questioned South African wicketkeeper Quentin de Kock’s ploy to dismiss Fakhr Zaman. 

Waqar Younis shared a photo on Twitter pointing out the laughter after Fakhr Zaman was run out by Quentin de Kock, in which he said, “What does this laughter of Quentin tell you?”

In his message, Waqar Younis said that Fakhr Zaman’s record-breaking innings were excellent but Quentin’s laughter says something else.

It should be noted that the second ODI match between Pakistan and South Africa was the center of attention all over the world due to the brilliant and aggressive innings of Fakhr Zaman. The match sparked outrage when South African wicketkeeper Quentin de Kock tricked Fakhr Zaman into dismissing him.

How Fakhr Zaman Run Out?

In the last over of the innings, when Fakhr Zaman was coming to the striker’s end to complete the second run, South Africa’s wicket-taker Quentin de Kock gave the impression that the fielder had thrown the ball at the other end.

Fakhr Zaman was tricked by De Cock and he started running slowly looking at the other side which he took advantage of and was run out.

The majority of people on social media are criticizing Quentin de Kock’s move.

National team opener Fakhr Zaman was run out by the South African wicketkeeper. In the match, Fakhr Zaman played brilliant innings of 193 off 155 balls which included 10 sixes and 18 fours.
