Actor Mark Ruffalo, who played Hollywood science fiction superhero ‘Hulk’ in films such as ‘The Avengers, Thor: Ragnarok, Captain Marvel, Avengers and Game, Avengers of Ultron and Iron Man 3’, has demanded sanctions on Israel.
Mark Ruffalo shared a link to an online petition in his tweet in the wake of Israel’s recent aggression in Palestine, calling for sanctions similar to those imposed on Israel during the genocidal riots in South Africa.
Mark Ruffalo wrote in his tweet that 1500 Palestinians were displaced during the recent Israeli operations, while 200 protesters were injured and 9 children were killed.

He shared the link to the online petition in his tweet, saying that it was banned to stop the genocide of black people in South Africa, which also benefited.

He called for the imposition of sanctions on Israel, as well as South Africa. He also used the hashtag #SheikhJarrah.
Mark Ruffalo shared a link to an online petition by a charity called Secure Voice calling for sanctions on Israel, calling on the United States to impose sanctions on Israel.
The online petition was signed by more than 1.7 million people in just a few days, while 2 million signatures were required to take the petition to the next level.

The petition calls on the State Department and the government of Israel to impose South African-style sanctions to stop the genocide of Palestinians there.
Dozens of people commented on Mark Ruffalo’s tweet, praising his support for the Palestinians, but some criticized him and reminded him that Israel had been attacked in recent days.
