The widow of renowned poet Hafeez Jalandhari, creator of the national anthem, has died in Lahore at the age of 87.
Begum Khursheed Hafeez was ill for some time. Begum Khursheed Hafeez worked with Begum Rana Liaquat Ali Khan in Tehreek-e-Pakistan.
