Riyadh: A father who killed his 10-year-old son has been beheaded in Saudi Arabia following a court order.
According to Al-Arabiya News, a 40-year-old ruthless father took his 10-year-old son to a deserted area and killed him to avenge his wife. The court had sentenced the heartless father to death on conviction.
A statement from the Saudi Interior Ministry said that 40-year-old Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Hamad Suwaidi had been beheaded in compliance with a court order. Sweedi stabbed his son to death.
The accused confessed in court that he killed his son by taking him to a deserted place from school and also wanted to kill his daughter but the school administration forbade him to take the girl with him so he Survived.
The accused had also filed an appeal in a local court against the sentence passed by the military court, but the court upheld the sentence.
