Former Sindh Governor and senior politician Mumtaz Ali Khan Bhutto has died at the age of 94.

Mumtaz Bhutto's spokesman Ibrahim Abro confirmed his death, saying he had been ill for some time.

Later in 2017, his party, the Sindh National Front, announced its merger with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
