A local court in Islamabad sent to jail the parents and two employees of Zahir Jaffer, the main accused in the Noor Muqaddam murder case, while the investigating police obtained a call record of the accused, according to which the accused was in full touch with his parents.
According to Quora News, in the Noor Muqaddam murder case, police produced Iftikhar and Jamil along with father Zakir Jaffer and mother Ismat Adam of the main accused before Judicial Magistrate Shoaib Akhtar in Islamabad court under tight security.
Public Prosecutor Sajid Cheema told the court that he has completed the investigation of the four accused. It is requested that all four be made judicial.
The court directed the four accused to appear before the court again on August 10. Judicial counsel Raja Rizwan Abbasi sought permission to meet Zakir Jaffer and his wife, which was granted.
On the other hand, the father and mother of accused Zahir Jaffer applied for release on bail after arrest. The court issued notices to the police on the bail application of Zahir Jaffer’s father and mother.
The Sessions Court also issued a July 30 notice to Noor Muqadam’s father. Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Sohail will hear the bail application of Zahir Jaffer’s father and mother on July 30.
Meanwhile, police obtained call record of accused Zahir. According to the sources of the investigation team, the accused was in touch with his parents on the day of the incident. The accused also informed the parents about the incident.
The accused spoke to his parents four times during this period which lasted for more than 30 minutes. The parents were arrested after a call record and a confession. According to police sources, the accused also made calls to other numbers during the investigation.
