Shilpa Shetty has approached the court against the social media applications for the news posted to tarnish her reputation.
According to Indian media, Shilpa Shetty has taken a stand in her petition that the court should stop publishing posts and news based on wrong, false, malicious and defamatory information against her.
The actress says that her reputation is being damaged by publishing sensational material against her even on media platforms.
It may be recalled that Raj Kandra, husband of Indian actress Shilpa Shetty, has been arrested by the Mumbai Police this month on charges of making pornographic films and posting them on various applications.
Yesterday, a Mumbai court rejected the bail plea of Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kandra in a pornographic film case.
