The Foreign Office Reacted to Modi's Tweet Regarding the Events of 1947

Pakistan has said in response to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s tweet about the 1947 events that the hypocritical justification of migration by Hindutva followers after independence in 1947 is shameful.

According to Foreign Office spokesman Zahid Hafeez Chaudhry, no modern state is as inconsistent with itself as the Indian state and the so-called largest democracy.

The spokesperson said that distortion of history and fanning of sectarianism is the hallmark of the RSS and the BJP government. The RSS and the BJP government can go to some extent of hatred for electoral gain.

The Foreign Office spokesperson said that he hoped that the conscious class of India would reject this move of politics and fame.
