The suspects in the abduction of Faqir Ali, a Pakistani-Canadian, have not yet been arrested in Hamilton.
According to police, two of the suspects in the abduction of the Pakistani-Canadian and the murder of his 21-year-old son Hasnain Ali were black.
One of the sons was killed and another was injured when the accused opened fire and tried to save 63-year-old Faqir Ali.
Faqir Ali emigrated from Pakistan to Canada in 2004.
Faqir Ali was forcibly taken from his home by suspects at 3pm and nine children were found with serious injuries near the Burlington Lift Bridge in the morning.
