Bakhtawar Bhutto, daughter of PPP co-chairman and former president Asif Ali Zardari, got engaged with Mahmood Choudhary son of UAE-Businessman Yonad Choudhary.
Bakhtawar and Mehmood Chaudhry wore rings to each other, with 100 to 150 people attending the ceremony.
Former President Asif Ali Zardari also attended the ceremony. On the advice of doctors, Asif Zardari had reached home from the hospital to attend the ceremony.
A delegation of Mahmood Chaudhry's family, which attended the ceremony, consisted of 12 to 15 people
Malik Riaz Hussain and Farooq H Naik of Bahria Town also attended the function.
Senator Sherry Rehman, Anwar Majeed and other personalities were also present on the occasion at Bilawal House.
Foreign guests from UAE also attended the engagement ceremony. Mahmood Butt and his family members left Bilawal House for the hotel. The guests were treated to Pakistani and English food.
Bakhtawar Bhutto and Mahmood Chaudhry donned traditional oriental attire.
Former President Asif Ali Zardari used to meet and receive congratulations from the guests at the function all the time.
