Quora News: A magnitude 4.4 earthquake was felt in several areas of Islamabad and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The quake’s magnitude was 4.4 on Thursday evening, according to the National Seismic Monitoring Center’s website.
There were no immediate reports of injuries or severe damage.

On the social networking site Twitter, users expressed concerns and kept asking each other if they too felt the quake.

According to the National Seismic Monitoring Center, the epicenter of the quake was in the southeastern region of Mingora district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at a depth of 20 km.
It may be recalled that earlier this year, a magnitude 6.4 earthquake shook the northern parts of the country, including the federal capital, Punjab and various parts of KP.
The quake was so severe that it was felt in India as well.
