 Islamabad Video Case, Fifth Accused Sent to Jail for identity parade

A local court has sent Bilal Marwat, the fifth accused in a boy-girl violence case, to jail for an identity parade.

According to Quora News, Judicial Magistrate West Waqar Gondal heard a case of making obscene videos, torture and blackmailing in Golra police station area. Police produced the fifth accused Bilal Marwat in the court under tight security. 

On this occasion, the investigating officer Shafqat Mehmood told the court that the identity of the accused was not known, to which Judicial Magistrate Waqar Gondal inquired, “Did it not appear in this video?” I have to do it. ‘

The court asked on what basis did you arrest the accused? The investigating officer said that the main accused in the case, Usman Mirza and other arrested accused have mentioned his name on which he was arrested. The court granted the request of the police and sent the accused to jail for an identity parade.

On the other hand, the court has remanded four accused Usman Mirza, Ata-ur-Rehman and Farhan to the police on physical remand till July 13, while one accused Qayyum Butt has been sent to jail on physical remand till July 12.
