Lahore: Police unable to arrest Khadim Rizvi's Son Molana Saad Rizvi


Police in Lahore has postponed the arrest of Tehreek-e-Libek chief Maulana Saad Rizvi.

According to police, Saad Rizvi's name is included in the fourth schedule.

A large contingent of police had gathered in Iqbal Town to arrest Maulana Saad Rizvi.

His house in Samanabad was to be raided but after a while, all the police personnel returned.

According to Tehreek-e-Labeek, Maulana Saad Rizvi has demanded the return of the French ambassador, approval of the blasphemy bill, and a ban on French goods.

Maulana Saad Rizvi has given a deadline of February 16 to approve the demands, on which the police want to arrest him.

It should be noted that after the death of Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi, the head of Tehreek-e-Lubaik Pakistan, the Majlis-e-Shura of the movement had appointed his eldest son Maulana Saad Rizvi as the head of Tehreek-e-Lubaik.
