TOKYO: Pakistani athlete Arshad Nadeem could not win any medal for Pakistan in the javelin throw event despite his best efforts.
The Tokyo Olympics Julian Throw finalists included 12 of the best athletes from around the world, including Pakistani athlete Arshad Nadeem. Arshad Nadeem was fourth in the first round and fifth in the second round. Arshad Nadeem could not win any medal for Pakistan but he did win the hearts of millions of Pakistanis.
Arshad Nadeem is the first Pakistani athlete to reach the final as no Pakistani Olympic has ever reached the final in the javelin throw. Arshad Nadeem was first in his group in the qualifying round with 85.16 meters while he was third overall in the qualifying round.

Congratulating Arshad Nadeem on his performance, Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry said that the Pakistani nation is proud of Arshad Nadeem’s success in the Tokyo Olympics.
On the other hand, Pakistan could not win any medal in this event of international competitions this time as well.
